sir, my name is Rohan Arora, i passed 10th class in Bhuvnan S.L Public school Amritsar (P.B) in last year, But in my mark list my father name and D.O.B is incorrectis ), I submitted all the document in the office again and again, but correction was not done, so pls tell me what i do,

sir im avinash singh chouhan pssed 10 from jnv pandhana dist khandwa (m.p).i have to make name correction.in my marksheet my name printed is avinash chouhan.i want to add singh in my middle name.corrected name as avinash singh chouhan.what proceedure now i have to follow up .and what documents i will have to attested for this
