[Resolved]  CBZ Xtreme — Poor services

Dear Sir,

My bike was services couple of days ago in "ARC MOTORS" at Okhla Phase 2 Delhi
They didn't do the service neatly even poor water servcing, and normal servicing. They Do service of my Bike in 15 Minutes in front of me.(In any condition Anybody can't do the servicesof 150 CC Bike in 15 minute.)

Now after two days of this poor service of my bike, my bike is having Horn switch problem, but service person says that this problem is normal for all bikes. When i benchmark with another bikes in that service centre they say that this problem is in all CBZ Extremem bike. & They didn't do anything.
If this happen to all Noboday goes to do the servicing at authorized centers. please take the necessary actions on them and do the needful.

CBZ Xtream - Serivce — Poor Service

Dear Sir,

I have taken Hero Honda Xtream in the month of Oct 2008 from Tribhuvan Motors Mangalore. Today I kept for 6th free service. After 4th service got poor service. There is no polite respone for the query while I keep the bike for service. After 4th service, when my rear tyre got punctured I found my bike's rear weel bearing was full condumned in one side. When i informed reg this Tribhuvan Motors in Mangalore, they blaming me for the same. When I saw that bearing while correcting the tyre puncture, it crearly shows that the bear was changed by some one. I did not found any bearing balls allong with the bearing.

Kinldy look into this matter and do the needful.

Hope I will get good response form Hero Honda Customer care.
