[Resolved]  Ccavenue — Payment deducted from bank but not sent to service provider

i made a payment for mol points at global.mol.com using netbanking with ccavnue
the patyment was for Rs 2,999 on 24 feb 2010
however,while the amount was deducted from my bank ccavenue took 7 days to finaly claim they had recieved it,after this they claim its been sucessfully acpeted at the merchant website
however the merchant webiste when contacted claim its still with ccavenue,even after 3 days cc avenue has refused to acknowldge the payment hasnt gone through,each time giving a different date when it was accpeted

What are CCAvenue's refund and end customer dispute policies?
CCAvenue maintains a customer-friendly refund policy. This keeps our administrative costs under control in two ways: First, it reduces the amount of time spent researching customer inquiries; and secondly, it reduces the occurrence of chargeback disputes. (A chargeback dispute is a refund that is forced by the customer's Credit Card company.)
Granting Refund to customer:-
In most situations when a customer asks for a refund, we want to try our best to grant that refund. Here are some guidelines on our refund and dispute policies: The Seller sets a time limit: The sub-merchant is required to set the refund time limit on his/her site depending on the goods sold on his/her site. If a customer is dissatisfied with a product that he/she has ordered, the client should accept the product back and grant a refund. If desired, a client may specify that shipping charges are not refundable; however we would prefer to refund the shipping charges as well.




CCavenue has a lot of problems with their processing,its bordering fraudelant practices
Now they refuse to even acknowledge a refund,stating only the merchant can do it

I was trying to buy a domain name from Godaddy. I was using sbi internet banking. And after purchase the payment deducted from bank account but service provider(GoDaddy Domain Name) didn't get it. My Transaction Ref No is " IGP3525798 " . I Want My Money Back.
CC avenue is the worst payment portal.[censored] you guys.

Dear CCavenue, I ordered a book "Question bank for limited departmental exam for inspector of post on new MCQ by SP Swamy" on 4th september 2014 from discountbookstore on cash on payment . I didn't received the book and i asked them to give tracking details again and again but no positive response. So, kindly help me to received the book. Otherwise, pliz refund and credited the debited amount Rs. 1800 to my account.

Bus Mr. Vishwas Patel (CEO of ccavenue) is not releasing my payment either to the company or refund to my account.

I got no mails for my online payment or any trnsaction failure. And the most amazing part is that my account has already been debited. I contact there online technical support, but no reponse.

Mr. Vishwas Patel is a cheater as he is not releasing the money and as its have been more than 30 days he is taking interest on my money and not sending my money to the company i paid for the service .In this way he has cheated a lot of innocent people like us.

we have some issues such as


Point 1: When we applied for payment gateway they never told us unwanted terms and conditions.
Point 2: Coordinator Hemalatha, on 8/2/2016 we have discussed rules and regulations about payment gateway. She told that rest of sexual product we can sell any product in our website .
Point 3: Since payment gateway was activated till now they never intimated us that when product is delivered then only the payment must be done by the CCAvenue.
Point 4: After receiving all the documents the coordinator Hemalatha, never told us regarding COD.
Point 5: We never provided COD options for any products which is our company terms and conditions. By their own interest the customers are placing their order.
Point 6: This COD options is our company own risk, if any issues arises company is only responsible.
Point 7: If we have COD option then why we have to go for payment gateway service from you which is a severe issue from your side.
Point 8: For any ecommerce business without a SEO and without advertisement none of the customer will visit to purchase the products.
Point 9: Since from our business has lunched till now our company has spent more than 10lakhs (for Facebook and Google) for advertisement.
Point 10: Till these days we have spoken with a coordinators Hemalatha, Jigar, Ganesh, Girish, Vishal and Anil, each and everyone gave us different stories at the end none of them gave us the solution. For this we have voice record as evidence.
Point 11: From avenue’s only our business name is spoiling. So we don’t want spoil our own business by ourselves. Anil and Vishal told us to go for legal action and we are about to move for media also. If any problem arises for your company we are not responsible for that, because the problem is yours. So today we are going to file a case against CCAvenue, after this we will go for the media too.
Point 12: This is the main issue that from the beginning none of them have informed us about COD option.
