[Resolved] Ceat Tyre — Type Damage

Hello sir My name is keyur and I am from Gujarat. I have maruti 800 car. I buy that car in 2004 and now it run only 24000 km. My all tire including spear wheel are from ceat company. But now from last one month my all tire are damage including spear wheel. So can you please tell me what the favorable solution of that is? It shoud responsibility of CEAT Company to change me tire. Maruti 800 — Tyre Damage

Hello sir
My name is keyur and I am from Gujarat.
I have maruti 800 car. I buy that car in 2004 and now it run only 24000 km. I do all my car service form maruti service station from last five years. Including free as well as payment service.
But now from last one month my all tire are damage including spear wheel. So can you please tell me what the favorable solution of that?
It shoud Matuti Udyog responsibility to change my tire.

I purchased 2 CEAT tyres from Shiva Tyres Alandi devachi tal :khed, Dist Pune 412 105, on 22/04/2009 for Rs.4800/- ( Each Rs.2400Rs..) . Even before tyre complets one year there are big cracks & cutts to both the tyre.. the quality of tyre is very poor...
Whom should I complain.. I complaint to dealer about 14-15 times but no action is taken..
If my complaint remains unsolved.. I will have no option other than consumer court..
