[Resolved]  Cell C — Billing without service

i got a contract with cell c, But since i have put the complain about the way they charnge me .as i have said on my case that i have made a call on the 07 aug 2008 between 13:00 & 17:00 though the call didn't go through, then i called custormer care i spoke to thabo i have explain evrey single thing that happen to me on that date that i have stated above & he gave me the case number of which iam still waiting for, If no respond i promise iwill take this far forwad as possible, by then according to my point of knowlegd is that iwill never use the cell c network at all or nomatter is wekend i dont care iwill buy MTN or VODACOM AIRTIME rather than using cell c .

Likely it was my second month so thank you for you bed service but for nothing, though U will eat my money for the first and for the last

Guys plse i needed an investigation to be taken with the immedaite effects but iwill never NEVER never use the CELL C NETWORK again !!!

Cell-C — Winning

I have received an sms stating that my mobile number has won 1, 5 million pounds in the ongoing Shell International Mobile Number draw in UK to claim I must call [protected] or Email [protected]@live.com. If this is true send me legitimate source.

Cell C — Poor Service

I cancelled my Debit Order with Cell C and then they deducted my account twice in one day without my consent. I then Send through numerous complaints on Hellopeter but the incompetent person assisting me just made things worse. What the hell is going on at Cell C?? What happened at Customer service. I want a response from a manager this time and refer to my Hellopeter complaint as well.

I am urgently trying to contact cell c to check a cancelation contract stastus. THe call center telephone is always busy, no return on sms, no return on snail mail. Is this a way they conduct bussiness?? I even wrote to the CEO, but his e-mail box is FULL.
Totally useless customer care

I think this is absolutely unacceptable that Cell C to date cannot offer the blackberry service to their customers. I am a cell C suscriber, unfortunately, and feel like this whole issue is constantly being swept under the rug! I am sick of being told every month that there is a delay. we are customers have the right to know whats going on, and when we will recieve accurate feedback! I feel the only way for Cell C to jack up their services, is once everyone decides to leave and join a network that is able to provide the service we as paying customers require. Cell C has stated that they launch blackberrys on 01 aug 2010. Lets see about that. i will be posting up something everytime, till we as consumers are fully satisfied with the crap service we recieve.
