Dear consumer complaints team

Could you please assist me to register a case against cell c and the legal firm they handed me over to? I settled my account in full after getting settlement figures they incorrectly kept on billing the account, i phoned to enquiry they apologise credited the account and then again went on billing the account. Despite all my emails and phone calls they kept on billing and handed me over and listed...

I have had my account debited by Cell C on 15 May 2014 with the amount of R268.00. I was charged an additional R90 by Nedbank because, although they honoured the amount, my account was overdrawn. I have two contracts with cell C - cell numbers[protected] and[protected]. The first contract amount is R129pm and the second contract amount is R100.00. I have now contacted Cell C since 15.5.2014 - 21.5.2014 and am told that no additional amount...

Billing without service

i got a contract with ceel c direct an have a complaint about the money you guys are debiting from my account would like someone to contact me in connection with the above, i'm aslo waiting for my sim card to be sent to since 07
