CellOne — Removal of Caller tune and de activation of the caller tune service

Hi, My no is [protected]. I want to deactivate the caller tune service, has in the process iam trying the send message "UNSUB ALL" to 56700 as specified in the bsnl site. But i am unable to send the message and i am repeated getting the failure status fro the message i am trying to send. So, Please look after the problem and take an appropriate action. Kinldy take necessary action towards de-activation of the caller tune service.
