It is brought to your kind notice that I have purchased a SIM card from Upbhokta Seva Kendra of BSNL Office, Kanpur. Details of which are as under :- Name Shiv Babu Mishra Address DT-29, Middle Road, Armapur, Kanpur SIM No. 5213 Mobile No. [protected] Demand Note No. 198976 Date 03.10.2008 Cash Receipt Book No. 154 Receipt No. 57 Receipt Date 03.10.2008 It is stated that the counter clerk had activated the SIM card. It is seen that local calls are also being charged @ Rs. 2.40/- per minute. The undersigned has tried to charge tariff of Rs. 100/- on this SIM card but the SIM shows ‘’Voucher group service class error’’. The customer care of BSNL has been contacted but no fruitful guidance has been provided. It is requested that the matter may kindly be checked up at your and my SIM card may be activated in an appropriate manner so that tariff card may be charged by me. An early action is requested.
