[Resolved]  Cellone Mobile Connection — issuing duplicate simcard

sir,
with due respectfully I have one cellone connection[protected] in the name of Deepak Gulati from last 7-8 years.& my sim card no.[protected]. My permanent Address & residence proof given to you for issuing above that connection H.no. 44-A M.I.G. Housing board colony Kalka Distt. Panchkula(Hr.)But this time my simcard little bit broken & I have my broken simcard with sim no. but it is not activate . Bsnl Sec-5 Panchkula person says above said address are not sufficient or liable for issuing the duplicate simcard on above said address because the mobile no. in Punjab circle & address proof given from you in Haryana circle . But I am very surprised about this . Sir, if it is not liable then why you activate my cell no.from many years to till date , It is 7-8 years old no. Please issue me a duplicate sim card above said no as soon as possible
