cutter — poor service
actually[protected] yesterday we went to shop in karol bagh as we often do. this time we had very bad experience in vishal mega mart.we purchased so many things from there and want to purchase more but salesperson was there to attend the customers at every counter. nobody was there to help out customers on various issues related to product.
we purchased a cutter priced rs. 50/-. but at a paper attached in front of it written on it all cutters rs. 35/-.we bought it. but after finishing our shopping we went to billing counter and pay the money but when we recheck the bill they charge rs. 50/- for cutter. then we ask them to repay the rest they check on the floor where it is written. i went there and salespersons at another counter. he at once tear off the attached paper saying that it was diwali offer. if it was diwali offer then why didn't it change even after 2 weeks. i asked them to return it they said get the gate pass as it had out of our dumb online system. i asked gate woman to give it but she said she didn't have the authority. at last neither i got the gate pass nor the rest payment nor return.
we expect some good service from such kind of malls. i had been in many malls but never had such a poor and bad experience. we spent 1hour in just a BAHAS.
