I had purchased three 2070ACLOVER ONE PC EWC S 200 WHITE invoice no 1046 dated 18-July 2012 from Kurikkal Tile Studio. For taking measurement Our Plumber unsealed one of the three packets and found that there is a crack in front of the closet top portion after some days. I had reported the complaint to the shop and they advised to giving complaint to Cera Sanitary Ware’s directly. WE made the complait and remined them many times. Atlast one of the engineer visited and he told that it is not a manfaturing defect it may caused form the godown or from our hand. Then I went to Kurikkal studio they are telling they are checked all the closet before sending and we cant change the closet. I am sure there no other chances from our side. Not even a single piece is broken out from the closet which may surely happen when any harmful thing is happened to the closet. I found the Cera person is not knowing the defference between the crack and break. So please do the needful to attend and rectify the complaint.
