I Had purchased Flush Tank & closets from Mangalth stores, Near E.M.C, EKM , AT the time of fixing found crack in 1 closet & 3 flush tanks are not working. European closet damaged on arrival
Dear Sir,
The copy of complaint correspondence done with the company attached. I have waited long enough thinking that the company would replace the closet. Since there is no contact or correspondence from Cera Sanitary wares, i am forced to complaint in a very disappointing manner. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
