[Resolved]  chandrika soap — foreign particles in the soap

Hello Team,

I am using chandrika soap since 2 years, I am very loyal to this brand. Even when I travel abroad I carry chandrika soaps. Such is my attachment to this soap. With a burdened heart I would want to inform about the negligence happened in one of your soaps. On 18th July I have noticed a hard particle in the soap this particle is not to be identified. This particler has created a rash on my face. I would want a clear examination of this soap done by your examination before i move to the consumer court. I would be thankful to you if you can send me one of your executive to examine the soap.


I have received a call from one Rishi in response to the below mail. He said he will mail me but I have received no mail from him. We would really appreciate if you can take and immediate action and inspect the soap .Ignoring this mail we would be forced to take this issue to the consumer court. We would really appreciate your immediate response. I have also taken the pictures of the soap which are attached to this mail. Further details about the soap...

Are these awards just for the sake of selling your product or "DO YOU REALLY CARE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO USE YOUR PRODUCT"
This would be my last mail ignoring which I would be proceeding legally against the product which i payed my hard earned money.
