[Resolved]  Chemmanur jewellers — Harassment durng inquiry

Hello,

We had been to Chemmanur jewellers in Kammanahalli, to inquire about the exchange value
the person at the othher end used all filthy language and was saying we were wasting his time.
we told him clearly that we need to knw the offer price so that we can also check with others and get the best deal, how is it possible to exchange gold as soon as he valuvates it........

he was not ready to listen and started tearing off the papers that he wrote the exchange values and shouting at the customers .......am really hurt and not sure how to take action against these people.
I own a property of a crore and these people treat as if we are beggars on the street.

please advise on this, i am ready to take it up to consumer court.
