Unauthorized charges

Dear Sir/Madam,

good morning

Hi, i am yesterday (24.11.2023)going to chemmanur gold palace in Madurai .i am parches in 0.99 miligram of gold coin. i am already member ship saving amount in Rs.5400.

i am extra parches of 0.06 miligarm, this miligram you are store wasteage in charge Rs.314., also 1 gram gold wastage charge ????????.

Please kindly request to your store wastage slat....

Today me and my mother came to exchange some gold(4 pavan) that we purchased yesturday but, the one staff who working over the bill section was acting so badly to us by complaining us to the other staffs . It was almost 14 years that we were purchasing from here . From the starting to the end we were humililated and felt realy bad and also this was the first exchange that we had done.

    We are highly disappointed with your service. Our old gold deposit scheme ended at 28.12.2018, still i couldn't receive my jewell. I come from erode to coimbatore each and every time. But i couldn't get a proper response. Is this the service you offer to your customer. You don't have much design and don't have catalogue or any of the other. If we give you a design you just take 2 day to say will it can be done by your goldsmiths or not. After that if we place the order you just leave it aside. If we call you through phone, there also no response. You just wind up the call, without answering. How could you do so. Is this your service to customers. If you cannot serve then why do you release offers. Just wind up every thing. We peoples are not satisfied with your service. I have experienced this not first time, this is the second time. I also have another deposit. How could we believe you the next time. Highly disappointed.

      Cheated on gold

      I have been buying gold coins from Chemmanur Jewellers, Thippasandra. When I actually went to my jeweller to make some ornaments, I was told that the coins which were suppose to be 91.6% purity 22k were actually only 21k that means it was only 87.5% pure gold. I thought it might be a mistake and left it. Recently, I gave the coins to one of the jewellers in chennai and to my horror, he told me the same thing. I have...

      Harassment durng inquiry

      Hello,

      We had been to Chemmanur jewellers in Kammanahalli, to inquire about the exchange value
      the person at the othher end used all filthy language and was saying we were wasting his time.
      we told him clearly that we need to knw the offer price so that we can also check with others and get the best deal, how is it possible to exchange gold as soon as he valuvates it........

      dear sir,..

      there was no show by the emirates chauffer (at the time which was sheduled for the pick up) for the flight ek 202 on the 24 aug 2009 time 2300 hrs, from jfk to dxb.... my etkt no :[protected] and ref: no DDRTAS: Business Class,...
      we awaited for the chaffuer phone call, as it was told to me that the chaffuer would call also... but there was no response , and we awaited till the last moment, and by then the hotel arranged a taxi for the drop to the airport,....

      when i reached the airport i did complain at ur desk and it was recorded by ur staff, and she did reconfirmed that the call was not made till i reached the airport....

      as a suggestion : u should arrange a dedicated contact person regarding the chaffuer pick up, that might avoid last minute inconvience....
