[Resolved]  Cheque — not credited in my account

Sir,
Punjab National Bank Cheque no 728500 deposited in delhi on 16.10.07.The amount was Rs.5000/-.The same was debited in the issuing party(Logwell forge Ltd) account but not credited in my account.My SBa/cno.[protected].I booked complaint in customer care and the no.SR44892111 They send the message as follows.cheque no parked in unclaimed a-c .pl dial your card and pin forthe credit of the cheque or visit the branch.I visited ann nagar west branch and have given in writting also.But the amount of not yet credited in my a/c.I lanched 3 complaints but no positive results.I will go and approach consumer court for this problem.
Pl.do the needful immediately.
