Chipkart.com — chipkart.com online shopping fraud

Hi

i had ordered micromax Canvas HD mobile from www.chipkart.com
i had paid them 14790.00 INR. through my Credit card but still not received any product.
I had tried to contact them but they are not replying any mail.

Now there website is also not active any more...

what can I do now?
