Hello, Chronopost tried to deliver a package when I was absent. The driver left aviso with unreadable number hence I can not track it. Their message was to pick up from their office, 15 km from my address. I called, no answer, I went there, they were closed. There were 2 options for the driver, to leave my package @ the local post office or to contact me and schedule next delivery. What the driver chose is the least convenient for me! I already paid for the parcel to be delivered but now I have to go for the second time and try to obtain it from them, because I can not get any information over the phone due to the unreadable scribbling left by the driver! This is the worst delivery service I have ever come across! I will never use it nor will I recommend it to others! I would like to get some response from the management regarding this service. I tried to call the Bangalore number, it said it was DTDC and that they don't deal with Chronopost deliveries

I was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday, GJ[protected]FR it has important documents and I needed it fast.
The whole idea to send it through this expensive service, is to receive it in 2 days. I can see in the tracking that its stuck in Delhi for 2 days after customs cleared it. Can you please atleast call customers and notify them. Its really hard for me as I travel often and need to know when I can receive it.
Please do something ASAP.

I can see in the tracking even in 12 days I don't receive any courier from Chronopost and still waiting for courier. I have never face this type of experience with any Other courier company before. Can you please atleast call customers and notify them. Its really hard for me even customer care is not mentioned anywhere.

XE[protected]FR. This Parcel was given to ChronoPost in Paris on 1st July 2017 . It contains important papers for my Visa application which i have to submit on Monday 17th July 2017 to VFS in New Delhi . Earlier i had taken 2 appointments with VFS but had to cancel these since i did not receive my parcel letter from Chronopost .

Papers related to visa is stuck in Delhi with reason " parcel awaiting customs duty" The papers are supposed to reach me at Bangalore today for interview scheduled tomorrow. No idea who has to pay the customs duty and why.
