Hi, I am writing as i have a package containing my documents coming to India.XE[protected]FR parcel number. I was supposed to receive it on 2nd august but still have not received it.
Its important i receive these papers for my visa process.
Paid extra for it to be delivered as soon as possible.
PLease look in to this.

Hi, I have sent a parcel containing an important document from France to my wife in INDIA (Chennai). Still, we didn't receive it. While tracking it we found it stuck in Banglore. Kindly help us to retrieve our document. The number of the parcel: XE[protected]FR. Thank you in Advance.

My friend did courier of documents by chronopost from paris on friday[protected] and paid 79 euros, they said it will be reached on destination by monday or maximum tuesday. But they handovered this courier to dhl on[protected] monday evening and they mentioned there this courier as a "normal parcel" instead of documents so it came by normal process to india and went through custom clearance office and still i didn't get this post and today in the morning i got one message from dhl of asking more 1907 rs to receive this.
It was my important papers for visa appointment and we paid so much money to chronopost and they provide wrost service ever seen, asking for money and no service as they committed. No reply for emails and calls.

My parcel has very important documents for applying visa but it has not been reached yet. Although it has been dispatched from france 20th june. While i was checking the tracking status it was showing processing delayed: departure by next air or road routing but it has been 10 days still i didn't get the parcel yet which is highly undesirable. Neither the agency is going to contact me for this one nor there is any customer service no.in the website for india which is highly unprofessional. Please check the parcel no. Below and send as soon as possible. Consider this case as urgent one and take necessary actions.

Dear team at chronopost
I finally received my parcel for which i had paid an extra euro 12.90, on the 21st of august to be delivered to me the fastest way, which usually is 2 days as i have ordered with you beforehand. Today is the 29 th!!!
However, there were 5 delivery dates i received because apparently the info was not correct, which is simply not true, see photo of address!
On the parcel that then arrived it was meant to be delivered by the 23 rd, said i was called! Not true! I had given my number and number of housekeeper, and still was not called!
So the marking that i was called as well as that it was meant to be delivered yesterday, the day before and the day before and the day before is simply bad customer service.

I would be very appreciative if you can reimburse me my extra postage.

Also fenril. Fr should know how bad the service was, i copied the customer service in.
I appreciate an reply.
Also your web site is not complete as it took me to google your contact email, as it's not on your web site!!!

I was to receive an important document from inseec, chambery. It was parceled on 24th of july. But i still have not received it.
Tracking no. Is as follows : xe[protected] fr.

Please look upon this as the matter is utmost urgent as it has my admission letter which is essential for visa processing.

On tracking, it is showing the parcel is delivered in delhi on 03/08/2017 but its destination was vadodara.

Hi my package with reference number - xe[protected] fr, is scheduled to be delivered by monday 17th july to bangalore. It has reached the airport in france, according to the live tracking provided on your website.

Since i will be at work, please take my number [protected], so that i can coordinate with your delivery guy. These are important documents for my visa!!

Chronopost tried to deliver a package when I was absent. The driver left aviso with unreadable number hence I can not track it. Their message was to pick up from their office, 15 km from my address. I called, no answer, I went there, they were closed. There were 2 options for the driver, to leave my package @ the local post office or to contact me and schedule next delivery.
What the driver chose is the least...
