Chutte Pe Chutti is fraud. I am a member since Jan 2013 and three times I have tried to book a domestic plan with them. They ask us to fill the form with the location details, preferred dates and Demand Draft. Three times they have returned my form giving lame reasons like
a) Your booking if falling outside the 30 days period. (mine was missed by 2 days)
b) Only 2 locations given we need 3
c) Only 2 preferred dates given we need 3
When I called customer service they refused to take the booking via Phone. Somehow I felt we are living in a poor country which relies heavily on post and couriers. The customer service representative (Ritu) was rude and disconnected my call.
I strongly doubt if I will be able to plan any vacation with them and my entire membership will go total waste.
