Chutti pe Chutti — Improper Booking

I wanted to complain about the way they treat the customers. In spite of a booking request made one month back, they promised to confirm the booking 1 week before. When contacted 1 week before, they confirmed the booking in the desired hotel and promised to send the voucher over courier. 2 days before, no voucher was received, and customer care says that there is no booking made and the booking in the desired hotel is no more available. Every time a new person from customer care speak and not being supportive/ willing to listen.

I totally agree with you as trhe same thing is happening with me also, i had sent out the vouchers more thna 40 days back & then twice they said there is no availability & then now they are saying that the vouchers will be sent 15 days before the travel.They don't even think that how the cusotmer would get the flight tickets in such a short span of time, also there cusotmer care is very rude & mis-bevahed specially the girls.PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM OR GUIDE US AS TO HOW TO FILE THE COMPLAINT.

This is Dr. Satyen Parikh, It is cheater company as they have very few bookings and lot of customers. Unfortunately I also got call from reference of my HDFC Credit Card and got trapped.

Unfortunately I paid and avail the offer, Now when I call to book the Any Location in Simla, Manali, Kufri, mussoorie, Binsar before 45 days, they say sorry because of overbooking. They have instructed to call before sending the holiday voucher and now they denied on phone only.

I asked to reject the request by mail but no reply..
