CIBIL — Wrong credit report - no action

I've received a loan from ICICI Bank and i repiad all tha amount.Hence, mistaken one of my friend has taken money from my ICICI Credit card.even i paid that amount too.But now, my name is in CIBIL.Pl.help me to get rid of this...

Thank you very much for CIBIL report. My details are hereunder:Control Number: 45, 27, 14, 741; Name: Vijaya Kumar Kaligiri, EWS-256, Bharath Nagar Colony, Hyderabad-500018; Date of Birth:[protected]; My Personal Loan A/c No.[protected] availed from State Bank of India, Hyderabad Public School Branch, Hyderabad.
I wanted clarification that, even after clusure of my personal loan account on[protected], still the overdue amount of Rs.3250 is reflected in CIBIL report, and was not updated as on date when you prepared and sent me CIBIL report.

An early reply is highly appreciated in this regard.

please refer my earlier mail dtd 29th Nov 10 regarding reflecting overdues, which were already cleared. No reply is received so far from your end. Pl expedite the same and forward my updated CIBIL report to me at the earliest possible.
