CIBIL — NO RESPONSE

I needed Credit information Report from CIBIL for which i paid 142 Rs by netbanking VIA cibil.com on 19 July 2010 and also sent required self attested document by courier to thier Mumbai address but till date i have not provided any info. I tried to reach them by thier CC number but no body replying also nobody replying on emails also. Email ids,number and address where i tried to contact are given below.

I have received report from CIBIL and whatever mentioned there is not correct. 1st SCB credit card no is having 12 digits only after email corres they have sent another no. which is having only 14 nos. Again i have sent reminders to them but no response. Over phone no response or all the executives are busy recorded message. I don't find this is useful for bankers (who rely on CIBIL).

Banks are also doing this for Home loan becos they are taking our document from us once loan sanctioned if we default they can encash money. Still they are checking in CIBIL. If it is personal loan then it is OK for home loan i don't think it is necessary.
