[Resolved] CIBIL — Not removing name from CIBIL defaulters list

After settling the dues in full & final against my HDFC used car loan no.11677288, my name is not getting removed from the CIBIL Defaulter's list resulting in unnecessary humiliation & harrasment in obtaining fresh credit cards fromStandard Chartered Bank inspite of my a reasnable sufficient bank balancewhich is required urgently on account of the following reason :-"CIBIL/Credit Bureau history--Does not meet bank credit norms". Please do the needful at the earliest & oblige.-

I have lot of dispute in my ICICI credit card No.[protected] after long discussion and clarification
the ICICI bank authorites agreed wrong billing and statement. Finally the ICIC Bank given instruction to me to pay the Rs.55000/- . Ist Installment Rs.20000/- in cash and 2nd installment throw cheque payment
Rs.35000/.

I had paid Rs.20000/- in cash the bank given a receipt for Rs.20000/- Receipt No.CC 0106 dt.27/09/2006. Kotturpuram Branch chennai ICICI Bank

Remaining Rs.35000/- I had given a cheque canara Bank T.C.Street, Branch Chennai -600001, the cheque No.965670/- that cheque also credited ICICI account dt.on 26/10/2006. The ICICI had given full and final settlement letter to my name. Unfortunatly the ICICI Bank has not removed my in CIBIL list till date 18/08/2010. in this cause created mental agony kindly remove my in CIBIL List.
