[Resolved]  CITIFinancial Retail Services — No Objection on two wheeler loan

I had taken the loan for two wheeler purchase from Citifinancial Retail Services(i) Limited, from Pandeshwar, Mangalore branch in May 2003. The loan was cleared after 15 months. I did not take NOC at that time. The branch which issued me loan in Mangalore is closed now. Now i want sell my bike I do not have the loan reference number. I sent all the details like my permanent address and copy of RC book to head office of The citifinancial. . . According to the mail sent by citifinancial, they need any two information regarding loan. I provided more than 4 keys about the same. Still they are not able to retreive my loan information. But i am urgently in need of NOC to transfer the record to the seller. After several phone calls, they gave the reason that their company name has changed several times. This cannot be the reason. It is their duty to dig my loan information and help me. Kindly advise me how do i proceed.
