I have taken two wheeler loan from city finance from surat (gujarat) location. I have given paid my all installments but i have not received my noc. From city finance. My veichle rc no. Gj5fh5229.

Plz do the needful.

City Finance — Harrasment calls

I have taken aloan from city finance Jaipur branch i have been regularly paying off the installments on time. unfortunately one of my cheques bounced. however I paid the penalty and continued to pay the installments little knowing that the harrassment has already started I get phone calls from no.[protected],[protected] and[protected] at all times of the day. although i have paid the subsequent installments well within time but the goons on the phone keep on threatening me. can someone help.

I have taken a two wheeler vehicle loan from city finance Hanamkonda branch, Warangal District on January 2006 and i have paid total installments regularly upto February 2009 without any cheques bouncing.
I approached City finance office, Hanamkonda in 4th March 2009 for issuing no due certificate by producing xerox copy of Registration Certificate duly self attestation and the office people said me that the no due certificate will come after 20 days. After one month i again appraoched city finance office, Hanamkonda and enequired about the certificate. The office people told me that the vehicle number is not visible submit another R.C. xerox. Once again i submitted xerox copy duly self attestation.
But I have not received any no due certificate even after my repayment of installments completed in the month of February 2009.
I request to release the no due certificate at an early date for changing the vehicle in my name.

I am resident o[censored]daipur, Rajasthan. We have not taken any sort of loan from city finance but still we are regularly receiving the call from city for loan repayment. some one has taken a loan named Hamid Khan and has given our landline no ie[protected]. Persons from city r regulary calling us atleast thrice in a day for loan repayment which we have not taken. this is crating a mental torture for my mother as she lives at home alone. she siad many times to those people that it's not the no of Hamid Khan. but still they regularly calling on our no.

I want that they should not give any buzz at my home as it's a mental haressment to all o[censored]s.

City Finance — continuously harassment from Recovery agent

I have taken a loan from city finance Nerul (Sea woods) branch in 2008; I have been regularly paying off the installments on time. Unfortunately my Jan - 10 & March – 10 cheques is bounced. However I paid the penalty and continued to pay the installments little knowing that the harassment has already started I get phone calls from Mr. Husen Hashmi[protected]&
Mr.Sachin Desai. – 022 – 40311626, He is a Recovery incharge of that agency,

He’ll continuously harassed my wife & my mother & the language is so ruff like that( Tumhala aakal nahiye ka?? Tumchi layki nahiye ka?? & so many durty word`s….

I’ll request u, plz. Take action… If not.!
Than i`ll register NC in Nerul police st.

i was taken the 2-wheeler loan from city finance in 2004. loan was completed in may 2005 and i m also get the no objection certificate from company but till city finance put in cibil amount has overdue against this loan
