I applied for a loan this morning I have sent them the details they needed through email they said they would let me know within a few minutes and I still haven’t received or heard anything back

I have cleared my loan amount to City Finance but they didn't gave me NOC or nill certificate and still showing overdue balance of Rs 26, 809/- in CIBIL report.
In Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. There is no authorized office of City Finance and I am not able to contact with them...

I can't understand how to recover my money.
I have lost rs. 24632.00 through fraud loan approval call. And i transfer money to account holder name - mr. Bindar kumar, fino online payment bank,
A/c no - [protected] & ifsc - fino0001001, branch - sativali. Kindly help me to recover my money from that person.
I gave all the contact who called me, cheat me and i also fall in his plan.

Email id through they send kvic loan approval letter, that email id is [protected]@gmail.com. They said all from delhi and head office is mumbai.
Please register a complain against all contact detail and me to return my money.

Dear sir,
I was taken personal loan for modification of lorry in April -2008. vide loan account no.[protected].

Amount finally pade on 20-may-2009 vide city financial customer copy deposit slip number- 91747 02985, dated- 28-may-2009.on the bases of letter no.[protected], dated -21-may -2009.

No dues letter was received on 13- June-2009, but my name is still in RBI cibil site on the defaulter list.I am submitting my no due letter and final receipt.

Please remove my name from cibil site so that i can apply for further loan.

Your kind cooperation on subject matter is highly appreciated.

Myself MIHIR KUMAR SAHU residing at 3rd lane,Brajaraj nagar ,near dandakali mandir,panigrahy pentho,berhampur(Orissa) . My PAN card no is-AOLPS1919P had applied for a personal loan recently.

I was shocked to hear from the Fulletron India a finance company that my name is listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL.


I have taken a refrigerator from City finance service. My account no. was-7682861,We have paid and settled all our dues till date and have the settlement letters from the concerned City finance on their letter head that the full & final settlement has been done and there are no dues pending from our end.

This is utmost unfair for a customer who is sincere and has settled all the dues and has never defaulted in any way.

We have never received any information from CIBIL asking for a confirmation if the name of a customer is listed in defaulter list whether is it correct?

We seek justice to get our names removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect.I am ready to give all the proof and settlement letters issued by the concerned City finance provioded we are given the details of the same.

Please help us.

Looking forward to a suitable action at the earliest form your end.

Please do no take any personal loan from city finance group i have taken loan of 25000/- in March 2007 after that they have told me that only 24 percent interest rate and they apply 55% flat rate on my loan when i went to close the loan that time they ask me around double amount. after few month i have done settlement with them 1 year they do not ask for any EMI but after that they start calling me to pay remaining amount so please everyone dont take any type of loan from City finance group
