I have purchased chou chou neo steamer iron from cj star alive TV with the warranty of six months and seven days replacement guarantee.
Within month fault arise in steamer iron, the on/off neon switch got faulty.I have contacted cj customer care 44074407 they directed me to contact their supplier Damul Trading Pt. Ltd.Balapure Navi Mumbai.The two Mobile [protected] & [protected] printed on the box dose not exit, only landline are working but no response only ringing.Luckly I got contact and advise me to courier the product or visit personnaly.I visited personnaly and got replacement.Here I Ieant that they do not repair the product they only replace the product.Moreover there is no facility to repair the steamer after the warranty is over.Being the electric appliance it may be require for the repair after the warranty on chargable basis.Official of Damul Trading says that they are doing trading of the product & they are only interested in sale.When I enquire with cj star customer care they said it will repair on chargable basis by Damul Trading.NOW I asked cj star who will take resposiblity to repair the steamer after warranty.
