Clear Trip — non refund of payment | |||
i want to register my complaint regarding the cleartrip. i had booked a hotel in Jaipur from 2nd Oct.'10 to 5Th Oct.'10 and got the trip ID No. as [protected]. that transaction got failed and i asked for the refund from them on 17th Sept.'10 till date after having a long chat with them nothing has been done from their side. they are telling that refund is being processed but i had a word with my bank and they have given me in written that no refund has been processed into my account till date. i have mailed that letter to them. but even after so many reminders nothing has been done from their side. i feel its their duty to refund the amount to the client rather than harrasing the client and telling the client to find out the way.
