[Resolved]  Cleartrip — Non Refund of Cancelled Trip even after 2 months

I have tried to book one return trip from Kolkata - Goa on 3rd May through voice support, but the trip ID did not got generated, the executive lady told that within 1 month the amount ( Rs 17,000) will be refunded. But till date i have not received any refund. I have started calling & writing mails to customer support from 15th June . I have even forwarded the Bank Credit card statement showing the debits as per their instruction on 15th June . They confirmed through mail that within 4 days they will revert back... from 21st June i have started calling again customer support & they are promising every day accounts team will get back with resolution ,,,,, but no response from them .... I am worried now ....

Booked radisson blue through cleartrip, but had a pathetic experience . No cleanliness, service not upto 5 star a tankards, arrogant staff
