[Resolved] Cleartrip — Fraud | |
I booked train tickets using cleartrip.com on 27 Oct, 2009. As part of their promotion going on that time, I was eligible for Diamond vouchre worth Rs.4000.00 of Surat diamonds. I was informed that the voucher will be send to my email within 5 days of my booking Regret to state that I have not yet received the vouchers till date & any calls to their customer care no.s are not answered/ not addressed. Hope that they improve their services in future, but for the time being I don't recommend cleartrip for any of the travel related services. Rakshit Khurana Was this information helpful? | |

They have also made a fraud regarding the commitment of amenities to be provided and there customer support is a pain. Gone through a horrible experience. From 2009 to 2011 they have not improved a little. To avoid horrible experience please don't use cleartrip.
