[Resolved] Cleartrip — amount debited from account but ticket not generated | |||
On 10/01/2011 I treid to book tickets from chennai ToHazrat Nizamuddin on duroanto express from the Cleartrip.com The amount of Rs.4662/- was debited from my account but the ticket didinot generate. I aasked for the refund of money but they are not responding Was this information helpful? | |||

You sent me wrong date, I requested that correction for my travelling date to change immediately. from past 2 days requesting you to change the ticket dates, you are saying when I call you in 1 hr 1 hr you will get it but no ticket as of now from past 2 days same story you are telling same every time you will get in 1 hr. So many times I am calling you to customer care. I have not yet received ticket.
