Cleartrip.com — Refund Not Came Back | |||
Dear Sir, I have book my hotel at Kolkata using clear trip website on 1st of July, for the dates of 8th, 9th and 10th of July'2011. My Trip ID is [protected], at the time of booking cleartrip have confirmed me a refund of 1698 under the 33% discount scheme and they said they will refund back the about in next 10 days. Now, when I am calling their customer care executinve they are saying that they have refunded the amount on 9th July and the payment has still not come to my account. I have asked for Unique Transaction Record (UTR number) for tracing the payment with the bank they are not even giving the same to me.
