[Resolved] Cleartrip — Charges not associated with the Trip plan | |||
Issue: My trip Id [protected] [Hotel stay at CITITEL, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, between 15 - 17 Oct, 2010] covers a complimentary Airport pickup from Hyderabad airport. The hotel cab was there at the Airport premises only between the following timings: 12:37 pm to 12:50 pm on 15-Oct-2010., which was just 13 mins. duration and hence the charge incurred as per the airport tariff of Rs. 80/- which was paid from my own expenses, though my Trip covers complimentary airport pickup, as per the Trip inclusions from the hotel as agreed between Cleartrip and CITITEL Hotel. I had already sent 5 to 6 mails on this issue to Customer support, with the copy of Airport parking slip to substantiate this reason. This proof was also requested by Cleartrip Customer support team to negate my issue with the Hotel - CITITEL, Hyd/bad, since they were refusing to bear this expense paid out from my pocket, [though initially it was agreed by them after consulation with Cleartrip, on bearing the same at their end, during my Check-out time on 17th OCt, 2010.] The person name was Shameer, who spoke from the hotel to Cleartrip and got the confirmation saying that the hotel will reverse this amount when I Checkout on 17th October. But on that day this person was absent and his mobile to reach was also switched off] This issue was then reported by me during the last 2 weeks with Cleartrip team - Mangesh & Swami, and also to another lady - Ms. Mary. I requested them to expedite the same based on the proof submitted by myself and resolve my issue. Note: I would like to bring to your notice the small piece of information on Airport parking tariffs applicable at Rajiv Gandhi - Hyderabad Int'l airport as on date. For 4 wheeler (Commercial Vehicles) - Rs.80/- for first half-an-hour Rs.120/- for first half-an-hour to 1 hour Rs.150/- for first 1 hour to 2 hours Rs.50/- for each subsequent hour Rs.500/- for every 24 hours This will tell you that my parking charge of Rs. 80/- was only for the initial 30 hour of time. Today, they simply said its not possible to reverse this amount. They are favoring the hotel giving false reasons as that my flight was delayed by a Hour and also I kept the hotel cab waiting at the airport for more than 1 hour. This is all utter fraud and cheating by Cleartrip and the CITITEL hotel. I have given enough proof to them, but still they are not helping my issue to be resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
