we have paid maintenance and municipal tax regularly, As on today there is no dues on us, But committee member has diverted funds and had not paid municipal tax fully . Around 25 lacks are due. I ma resident in co operative housing society in South Mumbai. In my society they ask for advance payment for quarterly Bill & failing whichask for 21% annual interest.
Is it legal ???
