[Resolved] Coca-Cola — FAULT COMMITMENTS | |
Hi all, Iam A.SATYANARAYANA owning an kirana & general stores, Iam an retail customer. My Shop name is SATYANARAYANA KIRANA & GENERAL STORES at SPR HILLS, near Gudolla Basti, Borbanda. I take the Cases from SRI AMRUTHA SAI TRADERS.flat no.G-6, ground floor, Panchavati apartments Vinayanaka nagar, Balanagar, Hyd. When I have asked for an refrigerator to your dealer they told me that if you take 10 cases as deposit then the company is going to provide an refrigerator, so I gave the order of 10 cases and I received the 10 cases on 24.12.08 by bearing cash bill no.4989, the dealers persons promised me to give the refrigerator in month January first week Since that time to till date (Nearly 4 months completed) I haven’t received any refrigerator neither from the company nor from the dealer. Even iam still continuing the business with them only, many of Pespi Executives are promising to give fridge with a minimum of 6 cases. I called so many people who are the executives of our area but its all went into vain. Some the names I want to tell which I knew them are as follows: 1. Mr. Dastagiri [protected] / [protected] 2. Mr.Srinivas 3. Mr. Manish [protected] Yesterday i.e., on 08.04.09 I called to Srinivas and spoke to him regarding the issue, I was shocked to hear his answer saying that “IT WILL TAKE SOME MORE TIME OTHERWISE YOU CAN TAKE THE AMOUNT RETURN”. It’s very disgusting to hear that COCA COLA company is doing like this. Whatever the requirements and terms & conditions were there I have completed all as per your rules. This is summer which means business month if you are not providing now also its waste I think to keep relation with you. Please think positive and help me ASAP. COLLECTING EXTRA CHARGES ON COOL DRINKS IN THE NAME OF ***COOLING CHARGES*** AT EVERY SHOP AND DEPT.STORES...FOR EX.:
