Coca Cola — charging more than the mrp

the shops here in vellore vit are charging more than the mrp printed on the bottle.
the printed price is 20 and they are charging 23 saying the company has increased the prices. not only this the small bottle which costs 8 is being charged at 10.

I bought a Coke bottle of 600ml. The price written on the label was Rs 23 but I have to pay Rs 25. When i asked the reason, they told me that others shop charge more compared to them. Also the shopkeeper told that the price was more as they have to keep the bottle in the refrigerator.I want to know, is it really the consumer have to pay the price of their refrigerator or the electricity bill. Is not it included in the MRP.
I have the receipt of the shop.

baldev karayana store, at ghumar mandi, civil lines, Ludhiana [punjab], selling old stock of coca-cola .As per you know that coke expires after 3months but he sells the items maximum expired and instead of 600ml, sells500ml so kindly take a strict action or this seller could interrupt your best running coke.

AS A RESULT IT BECOMES A MONOPOLY MARKET.WHEN WE ASKED FOR RECEIPT THEY DENIED TO GIVE.

i have the same complaint.A local shopkeeper in our area charging more than mrp of coca cola 200ml(rs 10).when i told him u cant charge more than mrp he replied "meri marji kitna bhi upar bechun'
