Sir, I am retailer having an outlet at named SHAH KUNVARJI VELJI & CO. having address mentioned above. I AM WRITING THIS MAIL TO INFORM YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED 2 COMPLINTS FROM CUSTOMER FOR PET BOTTLES OF 1.5LT. THE CUSTOMER HAVE GIVEN WRITTEN COMPLAINTS TO US.WE ALSO HAVE 2 DAMAGE BOTTLE IN WHICH ONE 1IS LEAKED AND THE OTHER ONE IS SQUIZED. I HAD CONTACTED YOUR EXECUTIVE MANAGER MR SANDESH FROM LAST THREE MONTHS FOR THIS PURPOSE, HE IS CONTINOUS saying that the bottle would be REPLACED BY THE SALESMAN NAME MR. ACCHAELAL but when we ask the salesman THEN HE SAYS THAT U ASK MR. SANDESH AS HE HAS NOT GIVEN ANY INSTRUCTION TO US.THUS THEY ARE BOTH DENYING TO REPLACE THE BOTTLE AND JUST DELAYING THE COMPLAINTS OF THE CUSTOMER. WE NEED A FEEDBACK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE BY MAIL OR BY SENDING YOUR REPRESENTATIVE PERSONALLY.
