[Resolved]  Cocas-cola — Irregular supply, non availability of Storage/display equipments

I am running a shop in Mumbai (M/S. Shree Collections. 3/3 Usha Sadan, Datar Colony, Bhandup (East) Mumbai-400042.). Since last 3-4 years we are serving coca cola products to our customers. We had filled in a request forms THRICE for the storage devise, but till date we have not received any response from neither the distributor nor any of the agent or the Area Sales Person has given any intimation. Even none of the sales person comes to take any orders. We always have to wait for the delivery van and order on spot and if the product is available are given to us.
Unavailability of the storage devise results in low purchase volumes and this becomes the reason for the delivery van person not to give us the products. We are using our household refrigerator for cooling purpose which results in low cooling further affecting the sales. As we don’t have any other cooling devise we purchase lesser volumes as compared to our neighboring shops which becomes a reason for the sales person not to visit our shop. Further there are also obligations form the delivery person for the cheque payments they prefer cheque payments of only higher values. If there is no confirm timings (uncertainty) for the delivery of the products (as we have to wait for the Van to come) how can we being a shopkeeper keep the cash ready as there are certain other distributor who are about to deliver their products whom we have to make payments.
Please revert back for the above complaint about the non availability of the storage devise from last 3 years and irregular supply of the products.
