[Resolved]  College of Engineering Roorkee (COER) — Not getting my relieving certificate and original SSC

Sir,

I submitted my resignation to my post of Associate Professor in College of Engineering Roorkee (COER) on 21 st December 2011, after working for 3 years. The college management has accepted the resignation and stopped my salary from that date. But, in giving the relieving certificate and my original tenth class certificate there is so much delay. No official letter is given to me telling me why there is delay in issuing the no-dues. Many times I went to the college. The department head (civil Engineering) and Director General ask me to sort the matter with the other person. They are troubling me without giving the actual reason and what I need to do to get back my certificates. One excuse they are giving is that 4 computers in my lab are not working. That is true that those four computers failed during installation itself. I wrote a letter mentioning all the details of who purchased the systems, who is responsible for installing, maintaining and checking of the Lab equipment. I am just the coordinator of the course which requires the use of those computers. Since the computers never started (installed), I do not understand how I am responsible for their non-working. Please let me get my experience certificate and my original tenth class certificate which are required very much for my next job.
