maruti investments — Company is cheat

My name is Naresh Udasi. My mobile no. is [protected]. Few days back I recd. A call from Mr. Asik([protected]) MARUTI INVESTMENT that He will give me 8 sure shot delivery calls in one month @ Rs. 2000/-. But, I refused to do so, because there are so many cheater websites on internet who beg for money, and show green dreams. But, he called me again and again and strongly begged for Rs. 2000/-. However, I deposited the amount in ICICI bank of MIS, 15 days ago.
However, I am sorry to say that he proved himself fraud, since that, he never tried to contact me and whenever, I tried to contact him he avoided me. He, very first given me call of essar oil. But, he never given me exit or target. When I tried to call on +[protected], the person sitting on this no. refused to allow me to contact authorities. Under this situation I like to ask that:
• Is the Maruti investment is genuine company or fraud?
• Is there is any responsible person to whom I can talk?
• Will I get justice and get value for money?
• Do you really provide tips or just collect money from innocent public?
• Do the owner of company is worried about the creditworthiness of MIS?
Please let me know the updates in my matter?
