compaq presario cq45-112au — not sending promotion gift

respected sir/madam,
myself sukhbir singh, i purchased laptop cq45-112 au from authorised dealer at jalandhar on 7/12/08, he told me that compaq <HP india is giving free gift of digital camera 9.2 mega pixel worth of rs nine thousand i[censored] send them dd of rs 1299 up to 20 th of january, i mailed dd of above said amount along with original bar code of product, copy of purchase bill, redemption number on 18th of dec.
til date they have given me no any intimation nor they are answering my email regarding query of this promotion gift. so please guide me what should i do
