My printer isnt working

battery draining at sleep mode from 100 to 0 in 6 hrs

I purchased new AI laptop fd1254tu from HP store Karnal, at initially also there was no power in laptop battery while opening from box. after i configured my Microsoft id and charged laptop 100 %. After i removed charging plug and flap lip down around 10 pm night. In morning 6 am, battery goes 0 %. It goes continuously 4 to 5 days. HP support change battery in laptop. After that one night is going OK, after 2nd night it problems occurs agains....

Suggested wrong product by HP care executive

I ordered a printer head on December 4th based on the recommendation of an HP customer care executive. Unfortunately, the part is not compatible with my printer.
