I bought a laptop from flipkart and it was delivered on October 22. Initially I can't power it and I requested replacement within 7 days. Flipkart informed me that the technician will check my device in November 9 and take further action. The technician visited me on November 15 and confirmed my problem and technician said flipkart informed about it in November 14.That means after 14 days, it is unclear to replace it from there side(HP) ....

I have called the HP how to make the order through EMI and made the order and send a mail on 04-Oct-23 post to the order how to convert the same to EMI. There is no response.
When I call them now they are saying that there is no EMI option.
