Dear Concerned,
I was working with competent synergies private limited since 3th July 2004 & resigned on 25th August 2009 due to better opportunity.I waited for 1 year so that company pays my gratuity but still was not paid.I gave an application for the same in september tyo Mr JAI in HR with consultation of H.M.Sharma the legal advisor of the company.Now when I asked them the time for the payment they always reply me back that we can't tell the time & the legal advisor shouted on me and said do whatever you want to we will not commit any time.My Employee ID was 2231 & desigantion:-process Trainer(at the time of releiving).

I was working with competent synergies private limited since 4 july 2004.I resigned on 25 aug 2009.After completion of 5 years gratuity is paid.Being loyal to the company i waited that it would be paid but it was never paid to me.I applied it in Sep 2010.They said it is in process.And gave me a threatning call that do whatever you want to we will not committ Time for the payment....My Employee ID is 2231 & designation was Trainer.Kindly help me .My contact number is:-[protected]/[protected].
