My name is surinder singh i was working in competent synergies from november 2017 but in february 2018 i suddenly got sick and admit in hospital for 10 day also inform to my team leader after 10 days my team leader say if i want join again and i cannot come noe so please come and resign so i can resign later thn my parents bring to office but nobody listen me even hr deprt give paper and ask to sign from all people but nobody sign now i complaint...

Dear Concerned,
I was working with competent synergies private limited since 3th July 2004 & resigned on 25th August 2009 due to better opportunity.I waited for 1 year so that company pays my gratuity but still was not paid.I gave an application for the same in september tyo Mr JAI in HR with consultation of H.M.Sharma the legal advisor of the company.Now when I asked them the time for the payment they always reply me back...
