Complaint against Street Dogs — Trouble due to Street Dogs

I stay in Airoli, Sector 4, near Airoli Fire brigade in a row house. We are facing terrible trouble because of street dogs here. The whole night they keep on barking. It is really difficult to get sleep in such noisy environment.
Also, they have created a big trouble in case of our cars. In the night time all of them climb on our cars and spoil the car body by creating scratches on it. I started using car cover to avoid the trouble but still they continue to climb on car and tear the cover. Till now I have lost two covers. Recently I have purchased a new cover and I don't want to lose this one too. I request you to please send dog catchers and get us rid of this problem
