We have already complaint twice at 100 No. on 8.10.08 and 10.10.08. But the work is still going on.
We have also complaint to the J.E. of the M.C. D. on 8.10.08, but no action has beentaken till today.

I am a resident of A-43, Vikas puri, New Delhi - 18. Just adjacent to our House is building no. A-124 which is a builder constructed house comprising of 10 residential houses and on main road is all commercial shops. This building has 5 floors comprising of Basement, Ground floor, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor and 3rd floor.
Builder has constructed these houses without giving provision to families for Car Parking because of which residents like us are facing lot of problems. These houses has parking of not more than 4 cars and rest are being parked at our parking space i.e. in front of our gate and on foothpath on our side and rest in front of other colony houses.
Major problems we face due to improper parking are as below:-
1) Traffic movement in and out of colony.
2) Blockage of our gate for our entry and exit
3) Parking on Footpath on our side.
4) Dirtiness on our side due to their vehicle cleaniness.
5) Misuse of Parking by allowing outsiders vehicle in place of their vehicle.

Can't MCD see that the commercial area of lawrence road area is fully grabbed or occupied by trucks and the mechanics so badly that they have even closed the road which was being used by pedestrians and other small vehicles. Secondly the bldg. no. 21 to 23 have all occupied the space in front of them which is a road . Some other have opened shops in the pedestrian lane which is meant for pedestrians. IF MCD is helpless then give each building owner that much extra space that is occupied by the other illegal construction.
