Lodging Complaint Against Illegal Construction in DDA Flats.

I, Rohit Bhardwaj (Resident of H.No 113 [Ground Floor], Pkt B-6, Sector – 4, Rohini, New Delhi 110085) have to lodge a complaint against illegal construction / encroachment carried out by
Mr. Mathur (Ist) Floor, 115, pocket b-6, Sector-4, Rohini, New Delhi.

• The ill-legal construction / encroachment, which was forcefully carried out by Mr. Mathur, is projecting dangerously in front and side of my entrance of my house. To your account, there are supporting pillars that has been forcefully dig inside the wall of our room due to which there happened a lot of damage to my property resulting in several major cracks on the inside walls of my house, which could have lead to a major accident/collapse of the building/wall. Due to this negligence of Mr. Mathur I was bound to re-construct the wall, which was almost about to collapse leading to major accident and life threat to me. This is causing damage to my property.

• Also, Mr. Mathur has forcefully installed a water cooler on the back entrance of my house right over the main gate, due to which there is a continuous leakage on the walls resulting in the weakening of the walls which is very dangerous and could lead to wall collapse / serious accident. On complaining this issue to Mr. Mathur, we were told that this cannot be removed by any means; also he and his wife used false/abusive language to me & my family members and threatens and intended to repeat the same.

• Again, Mr. Mathur is trying to extend his construction on the same wall, which is weakening the house walls and hence the situation is getting worse. This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed upon my right to air and light. This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr. Mathur is a great nuisance to my life; it is giving me alot of mental stress and had taken peace out of my life.

Also, it was noticed that everyday Mr. Mathur, spits “Tobacco”, throws garbage, waste water in our balcony passage, which connects to our main gate enterance, and on complaining this issue to Mrs. Mathur she uses false and abusive language and threatens to do the same again. Therefore, I have installed a Plastic Shed over my balcony passage to overcome the nuisance caused by Mr. Mathur. But again, Mrs. Mathur used false/abusive language and threatens to damage my property.

Further, when the continuous requests were made to him and his family considering them as our neighbors, there is no reasonable attention being paid towards our requests and therefore, I request Delhi Development Authorities to take a strict & necessary action against this construction and put a hold to this construction.

illegal shop construction — illegal shop on the middle of road

I'm a resident of South Kolkata (115, Sarat Ghosh Garden Road, Kol-31; Ward:91). There is an illegal shop on the mid of the road (MA TARA Stores), with no trade license or municipality permit. The shop owner Mr. Biswanath proudly declares about his local connections! Its blocking half of the road! Is it a mark of civilised City?!!

B D Gupta — Illegal Constructions DDA Flats

Dear Sir,

Our neighborer is illegally constructing 3rd Floor in his DDA flat. I am attaching the picture i have taken of the flat along with this complaint. Address of the flat is E-187, Pocket - 1, Phase 1 Mayur Vihar, New Delhi -110091.

Kindly take strict action against this illegal construction going on.

C-4, SECTOR-6 — Illegal construction in front of houses

Sir,
I would like to complaint against the illegal construction in front of the houses, due to which we are facing parking problem here in Rohini, Pocket-C-4, House nos 289 to 298, sector-6 Rohini.
Kindly do something as people here had constructed about 10 to 12 feet in front of their houses, and build walls around there.

Dear Sir,

Taking advantage of the Model Code Of Conduct ahead of the Civic Election the Builder Mafia is constructing buildings in E-Block, Tagore Garden Extn., 80 yards, New Delhi-110027 (WARD - 106) without following any procedures or rules. In short span of time a lot of people/builders had carried out unathorised construction in their homes. The Builder Mafia is on top in conducting U/C in E-Block Tagore Garden Extn., ND-27 taking advantage of the MCD Elections.

That the Last list o[censored]/C booked in the WZ is uploaded on 1-2-2012 and that too for the month of December' 2011. Is there no U/C done in the WZ after December’ 2011 or the MCD is not interested in booking any U/C (reasons best known to them only) inspite of the fact that the builder mafia is constructing buildings on regular basis and in the E Block, Tagore Garden Extn., 80 Yards alone and atlest 18 to 20 U/C are being carried by them without following any procedures.

It looks that no MCD Engineers is visiting the area as no 4 stories building will come up in a week or so. That house no. : E-317, Tagore Garden Extn., is already booked for U/C vide B/UC/WZ-I/11/620 dated 2.9.2011 for U/C of entire GF & FF, no action has been taken yet and the result is inspite of property booked for U/C this building has been grown to Second Floor and Third Floor which is not reflected in the MCD U/C list. Similarly house no. E-343, Tagore Garden Extn., had U/C upto 3rd floor and no action has been taken what so ever.

Taking advantage of no action from the MCD other houses of the same builder mafia are being demolished by them to build their new unathorised construction which will begain within 2 weeks (house no : E-336 and E-337 of Ward No.; 106, Tagore Garden Extn., 80 yards, ND-27, and two other houses behind house no. : E-169. Hope some day some one will take some action against them.

Dear Sir,
We are the shop keepers in DDA commercial complex in Karkardooma Community Centre No.5 E-II delhi 110092. Some shop keepers constructed the walls and floor in common space of DDA portion and parking. we have told many times to the concerned JE ( Sh.B.D. Gupta ) DDA, ED-5 Delhi but no response till date in this regard. Due to the illegal constructions in the compound, the water logging, blocking in seepage system. garbage and malba scattered in around the compound. Many types of diseases are found there and for parking of the vehicles in the compound, daily arguments from the shopkeepers/car holders.
So we are facing very difficulty from the unauthorised construction/encroachment and water logging in the compound. Pl take necessary action against the same as soon as possible.

Sir,

We are put up in DDA SFS, Sector 5, Pocket 1, Dwarka. We, the resident of DDA Flats are facing an acute problem due to lack of parking spaces. Ground Floor occupants have made unauthorized gates making a reserved parking area for themselves. These unauthorized gates were made by 2 bedroom flat owners. Nobody is listening to RWA. In 2006 Director building enforcement resolved the issue by removing all the unauthorized gates but they are now rebuilt by the owners. Flat no 93 and 105 have illegally closed their drainage and extended the area by a foot, which is causing trouble to other occupants. On our complaint AE SWD 9, Dwarka visited both the flats and called the contractor to his office, it has been two weeks but their is no results of their visit the drainage area is as it is.
We request you to take a visit to our society and have a look at the encroachment that is done by the ground floor occupants and resolve our parking woes.

Sir, We are from DDA SFS Flats sec-5 Pkt-1 Dwarka New Delhi=75 Now there is acute problems of Parking in our Pocket. Mostly Two bed rooms residents have made Un-authorised Gates in from of their flats (Ground Floor) thus to make their reserve parking. First floor to third floor occupants are at loss. In Block-93 and 105 they have extended /covered drainage by complete 1 Feet, thus making difficult to move with essentials for other residents besides un authorised Gate. You are requested to do a survey and see yourself the fate of other residents. RWA action was of no avail for them, We are approaching our local MP Mr Pravesh Verma also through RWA for the needful.
