land line telephone — complaint no. 4110

My residence land line no.[protected] is out of order since 8th July 2009. Initilally it was told that the line is out of order because of non payment of bill. But on 15 th July I have paid the bill up to July 2009. Now the line man says that it is "cable fault". We have broadband service on same line.
Kindly look in to matter at the earliest.

land line telephone — Bad services of Telephone

I have instlalled a land line MTNL telephone No.25274517 by my employeer State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur at my residence GH-4/67, Meera Apartment Paschim Vihar, New Delhi in the month of May 2009. Since then, my aforesaid telephone is not working well. There is a surrounding sounds in the line while using the phone. Moreover, the instrument is also defective. The incoming call sound is very low which is not hearable. For this I have made complaint since last 3 months various times but not a single man come to attend my complaint. This is a matter of concern. Please look into the matter seriously other wise we are compail to surrender all the 500 telephones of our officers installed at the residence of our Bank.

BSNL — Telephone landline service

As our land line number is[protected]. During one of BSNL scheme of advance telephone bill payment we had paid our 12 month telephone service rent in advance during march-2010 to march-2011. As per the scheme we have been given new telephone set with caller id facilities. We have not been given new instrument till date and our phone number is dead from nov-2010 to till date. We have registered our telephone complain to computerised complain centre five times. BSNL had attended the complain two times but within a week our telephone became dead again.
We have approached BSNL exchange Narol nearby for our complain. They had answered that their underground cable was being theft every weekend and they were not able to solved the problem. Also when we asked about new instrument as per the scheme they told that we had not sufficient stock of instrument and as soon as the stock arrived they were delievered to us.
Now they have given us 10 day notice for not paying our dead telephone's bill payment.
