[Resolved]  Concentrix Chennai — Providing Termination to the employees without any reasons

Concentrix(A synnex group of company) in kovilambakkam treats their employees as slaves like sutherland. Recently Concentrix managers terminated 10 Employees without any prior notification. On the termination letter stated that due to the performance. Please dont join Concentrix because there is no job security. Also please take some necessary action.

Poor people, the guys who were terminated were 10 months in the process and then they are out, stating POOR perfomance... This Applies to TL's AM's Tooo... No Job securiety

yep. My friends resigned 3 months (worked over 6 months)back hasnt yet got his final settlement. when asked they said tht he didnot filled the form which he did & everyone knows that. he again filled the form & hasnt got any response still still & the women Employee Relation always hungs the phone & is delaying the salary of other staffs too. only god shld help its staff.
BEWARE OF CONCENTRIX. They spoil your career... if you join the company you will be deep trouble.
This is Rajan, blooy [censored] company, saking employees with out knowing the reaon and [censored]in managment, 24 months our employees suffered lot and now new guys gettin suck .there is no courtesy for an Emp's and good process but not a good management and people from sutherland think that is Consumer support, there is no professionalism and like a market, to work .[censored] concentrix management.
Manager's always threaten Employees using the Word " TERMINATION" and that too if they come to know that u have got lot of commitments. Thats it, u r gone ! GUYS, Please dont ever think about joining CONCENTRIX.

People who can survive in this company is that you have to be always cunning to everyone, though ur friendsss...
Hi guys this is a lengthy message sorry about that but its out of my frustration working for this immoral and disorganised company.,

I am currently working for this company, at first they build up entirely big picture in your mind that the company is a part of synnex group of companies, which is one of the Fortune 500 etc. But its just management to blame, who don't follow "VVV" Vision, Velocity and Value. I recommend Kevin Murai (CEO - Synnex) considering reassessing these incompetent managers generally Assistant Managers, They do consider employee's even when they perform excellent and instead of appreciating, managers threaten employee's with Termination etc. Nesting process etc... are just words which they don't follow efficiently and its like "one shot learning than proper learning and then working efficiently", which I think is not to blame trainers but the Managers who pre-schedule the go live date. They recently shut-down a process called Kotak-Mahindra and new hires were asked to leave without reconsidering them to work with other process, its no way politics its a crime. I don't say you guys not to join the company, but I will request you to reconsider your career progress twice before you join this company. To make it simple the company is similar to Sutherland but they are ready to terminate and give you PIA every-time, no Job security, no learning, you will be supporting only Symantec products nothing else in chennai.

The Strings are in the hands of Bangalore team, which is India's Operation branch and Chennai branch has no proper control on entire branch. Bangalore team suck. You will not be able to get away soon from this company and even if you do, the will not give you salary for the notice period for which you had worked for.

i got job in this company, bangalore and after getting select they told me to join the company by providing your documents. when i went their they
told me that there will be an another round ..and i went next day than they said the person who will conduct your client call is busy, , n next day they said she will conduct your client call come tomorrow, , and so on i spent approx 10 dayr roamming 1st building to the second..they selected me for an international process and they told me you will b working for an indian process wat the was that.
eventually they conduct my client call and they client took my interview in hindi lol.

DON't Try for this company...itz worth nothing ...and i knw bangalore branch, , , opps forgot to tell you about very high salary ..7k ..enjoy.

Concentrix - Enterprise support? Just by words... Consumer support will take 10 inbound technical calls. In Concentrix you will take 13 tickets. Work pressure? Its mental torture. Incentives added in salary slab and you wont get it. Appraisal will happen and they will give 600 rupees... Not for a month, for a year. Cafeteria with no A/C. Spoiled food. Filled with Sutherland Employees. They will speak about "WOW" effect for customers, finally saavu effect only for employees. If someone needs mental retardation... Contact Concentrix. Its not a company but a 3rd grade company
Oh god thanks for your reviews guys. Lucky i am just starting from home town (Village guy) its about 540 km to reach chennai, better i will work in my home town, they will pay 15 k for sure and they all love each other and have curtsy
i completely agree with the above complaints... concentrix sucks big time, , they talk about wow factor, visibility, value and velocity in words, and in practice they follow "ZERO"... all they know is to group the team, and ruin someones life... management does not know the worth of the knowledgeable employee, all they know is to trust and follow the words of the employee who sucks their dick... my strong recommendation, never never never join concentrix... all are lies and false commitments... no growth, no increment, no career, no respect, no value, no velocity, no visibility...
I just read all the comments from you guys and i totally agree what ever you guys have said .this company really sucks and guys i can assure you one thing this chenni branch is only created to ruin all your talent and make your life hell.If you guys have enemies with some one and you don't happy please refer him to this company, his happiness will be screwed.This company does not know how to make employ happy and what a employee expects from a company.They will project that this company is growing but employee are not been benefited with it.I think the company is earning by cutting the salary of the employees.Before joining they will show all good things on paper but nothing is in reality.they will never pay you fully and they will never give you leave for whatever reason you say and if you take leave for genuine reason they will deduct your attendance bonus.But if your close to your manager and if your ready to become your manager's dog then you can take leave whenever you want and one more interesting thing your attendance bonus will not be deducted.Management never have answer for any thing you ask and if you go and ask them they will fire back on you.The management never thinks for there employee they only need is shut your mouth and be slave then you are safe but forget your incentives.They will find out some reason to deduct it.NO help for there employees in emergency.The will leave you guys like that.After working here for so ON i can say this company loves only money not there employees, and for money they can go to any extend without thinking for the poor employees who are working here.No benefits for employee systems are bad, chairs are bad.AC never works properly.In short this is not a company to work and try shaping your career and if you want to spoil your life join this company
I completely agree with the above information's... everything is just for showing good things in the beginning... So called incentive plan but you don’t even get pea nut in the hand... so called attendance bonus... again you don’t get anything in hand... if you raise your voice for your concern, you are fired from the job saying non performer, PIP, warning letters.. And if you name out a person, even that person will be fired from the job saying non performer, PIP, warning letters... You leave the job for good reason, they will say performance issue… company makes money from the employee salary and they say they are employee oriented but they are not. They say zero tolerance towards harassment but when you go with a complaint they will ask you to produce the evidence or justify or convince the management with the harassment issue. Guys, tell me how an employee complaining about the harassment will be able to produce the evidence, or how the complaint needs to be convinced to the management. Or they want complete medical records of the complaint raised. I was asked by the senior manager to convince the top management when I raised the harassment complaint. I think they need a live example  incident to happen so that they can take action.

This is the voice of employees, When i joined this company i had big expectation but everything just went in vain. The Technician do all the job bring the bussiness to the company. Then company is running because o[censored]s (Technician's) but we are under paid...

When ever there is high call volume, they just say its bussiness requirement extend the shift for two hours. Once we reach our home we will get a message from our TL stating to come early to shift as per bussiness requirements. Every one who works in a BPO will know when will be the peak time for call volume what is required to back up things... But in concentrix the manager they just sit and rub the seats and when the call voulme hit the peak they just except the Technician's to handle all these things... they except the techinican to do three people job... Put Pressur on Technician to Take more calls... where the Technician is the one who is finally stressed out...

In fact they do not provide customer service or Technical service... they just run the bussiness. I mean they just work for the money.. the managers are highly paid and get good incentivies but the guys who work hard there is under paid and no incentives.. it sucks

I am sure that even if the Concentrix Head reads this.. I am sure there wont to any steps initiated in office..
Thank God and the people who have posted this that I have seen these com. I am working with HCL BPO, where I am getting very low level salary and planing to Join Concentrix. I will never join or recmnd Concentrix. I would be looking for another company.
That is very true!!! The management people are really poor.. They dont know how to handle a team and process. Mainly the biggest culprit is the Project Manager (Balaji).. He dont even know how to wear a Tie, come to office in rubber sandles with ugly nails, and his language is very very poor.. Trust me guys plzz dont join Cnx and spoil your life.. Free advise...
I’m surprised and stunt to see an HR professional in this way. Guys if you want to experience, its better go and meet the HR manager and just listen the way and the message he conveys, it’s really funny. You can’t stop laughing yourself. And the other lady who is always on phone calls will speak evenything in double meaning... and the HR manager enjoys her double meaning talk.. they dont even see that the employee has come to them with an issue and they just started talking double meaning with no limits. I went with a problem to him, and I was surprised to hear the way he was handling me and my problem, and he was laughing in front of my face for my issue. Then I had to call the ex ER to sort out my issue and surprisingly though she has resigned the job, she spent time to hear me and later she directed me with the HR manager number again and said she will not be able to do anything as she has resigned :-(. I think the management got no brains to think, no hears to hear, no voice to speak. I think management should call her back and retain her, and should think whether they need a person like what HR manager and the other lady we have now. No knowledge in any terms, ask him anything he is dependent on the team for everything including recruitment too. I feel pretty for the ER lady who was caught in the wrong department with the wrong people. I'm surprised to the core that what does the HR dept head is doing, will he not check the chennai reports... one is always on call, other one always bully someone, god should save the chennai branch... Mgt pls hire professional HR's as they are the front face for the company

Concentrix company is really great... just gonna talk about appraisal, every company has its own procedure and protocol. you guys can guess what is concentrix protocol about appraisal??

Company Just sends mail that we are gonna give you appraisal... in two months, next month, next week, next day, tomorrow, now...then if we look at the calendar 6 months is already passed.. what the HELL... its called management skill of concentrix.

From the month of Novemeber they were saying the appraisal will happen next year JAN.On month of JAN got mail that appraisal prcoess will complete on JAN and effect from the month of FEB salary, Guess what happened... On FEB 27th, before a day being salary credited, a new mail... appraisal is still in processing ... No ETA was mentioned probably the appraisal for 2012 will happen on 2014...

Isn't a great company???
I am just letting you know that guys who are freshers or experienced do not expect anything other than PAIN in the .
